Scrutinizing candidatures as per Job Description
  • Evaluate each candidate on the competencies identified, candidate's level of interest in the position, compensation requirements, career goals, and the geographical/cultural fit.
  • Assessment of the stability of the candidate before putting forth a candidate to a client.
  • Provide the best possible fit in terms of talent.
 
Schedule interviews with the client
  • We schedule the interviews of short listed candidates with client, as per mutual convenience of both client and the candidates
 
Offer & Negotiations
After the client makes the offer, we seek the candidate's response.
  • Motivate them to accept the same.
  • Help them understand compensation structure, compare current Salary & offer.
  • Taxation and Net Salary Calculations, Educate them on Tax avoidance- How to reduce tax payable.
 
If there is any hesitation in the candidate accepting the offer, we understand his/her apprehensions & communicate the same to the client & help resolve them. Acting as the neutral "go-between" during the offer period helps prevent any breakdown in communication during the "courtship" and increase the likelihood of accepting the offer.
